Michael Gais

Michael has been exposed to construction his entire life, joining the Gais family business in 1989. Overseeing the custom new build and residential renovation side of the business, Michael also provide support for the more upscale commercial work focusing on finishing details and higher-end construction materials as a means of bringing the company’s decades of quality in residential projects into the commercial arena.

Michael’s love and adeptness in design has resulted in the ability to envision and resolve onsite problems that occur and to work closely with as-built plans for effective problem solving on renovations. His role in collaborating with a project’s architect to assure a balance of design integrity with solutions that are sound in construction and infrastructure.

Michael has been responsible for new custom design/build homes ranging from 2,500 s.f. to 8.500 s.f. and valued up to $1 million. His work on custom residential renovation projects has ranged from 150 s.f. to 5,000 s.f. with values up to $500,000 in renovation investment.
