Kevin joined Gais in 1995 and oversees the company’s commercial renovation and upfitting division. His attention to details and quality was instrumental in developing an internal quality assurance checklist for all aspects of a project in which subcontractors must adhere to on each project. Areas of quality assurance cover the full gamut of construction from framing, electrical, plumbing to the handling of the site during construction and final finish work.
Focused on the value-added that comes with fast turnaround on commercial projects in order for clients to get in and begin making money in their facility, Kevin considers communications and meticulous scheduling critical to each and every job he oversees. In addition, through diligence in accurate and comprehensive bidding, Kevin considers costing a job with impeccable attention to scheduling detail and material specifications results in a project that practically manages itself.
